At C4 Coffee, we strive for complete satisfaction with every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for non-food items and dedicated support for any quality issues with our beans.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-ground coffee is considered a final sale unless there is a quality defect.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Pack the items securely in their original shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package back to our roasting facility; once inspected, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days.
